1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Texcore Hub website located at texcorehub.com or any related services, applications, or content (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates or modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform in any manner.

2. Description of Services

Texcore Hub provides an online educational platform focused on system management training, structured learning programs, and related instructional content. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Access to structured online courses and learning modules

• Interactive exercises, assessments, and progress tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Certain features of the Platform require you to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@texcorehub.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access promotional benefits more than once, or for any other fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without our express written permission
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or systems connected to the Platform
• Use automated means — including bots, scrapers, or crawlers — to access or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or allow another person to access the Platform using your account
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) to other users or third parties

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Texcore Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described above, and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law.

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We will not be liable for any removal or failure to remove User Content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform that is not User Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, course materials, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of Texcore Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include:

• Downloading or copying content for commercial use
• Modifying or creating derivative works based on Platform content
• Using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools
• Republishing, reselling, or redistributing any content from the Platform

Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted to you and may result in legal action.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Paid Services

Certain courses, programs, or features on the Platform may require payment. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

7.2 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect and remit such charges.

7.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within the specified period from the date of purchase and may be subject to conditions such as course progress limits. 7.4 Subscription Services

If the Platform offers subscription-based access, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content, materials, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any information or content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date
• The results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations or requirements

Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. Completion of courses or programs does not guarantee any specific professional outcome, employment, certification, or qualification unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Texcore Hub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Texcore Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any User Content you submit through the Platform

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@texcorehub.com or through the account settings where available. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or through a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Texcore Hub regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Texcore Hub to be effective.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14.5 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14.6 Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Texcore Hub. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
